Jovan Projects is a dynamic construction company with a passion for commercial, retail, and industrial development projects. Our team of professionals has collective expertise, providing an extensive wealth of knowledge to each project including earthworks, concrete, formwork, plaster, and project management. John van der Linde established the business in 1995 with the aim to provide a reliable, dedicated, and transparent contracting, consulting, and project management service to both the public and private sectors.
We operated from Bloemfontein for 12 years before relocating our head offices to Pretoria in order to manage processes for new developments from EIA studios to township approval. We have successfully emerged through the economic meltdown of 2009 and have celebrated new beginnings as a full-time construction company, growing from strength to strength and taking on heftier projects.

Founder and Director, John van der Linde, specializes in Projects and Costing. He obtained his Quantity Surveyor BSc (QS) degree at the University of the Free State in 1992 and completed a SAPOA Project Management Program to NQF Level 6 in 2006
